I am so passionate about sharing spirit, but also sharing what happens beyond the grave, something that oftentimes we don't like to talk about. So let's dive in. Most people come to a reading expecting spirit to say something like, I love you, I miss you, I'm proud of you. And yes, while most of that comes through, I always tell Spirit, you better have something more than just, I love you, I miss you, and I'm proud of you. Because the truth is, they better love me, they better miss me, and they better be proud of me. But here's what really stops me cold in my tracks. What makes me put my hand up in the middle of a session and say, wait, let me make sure I get this exactly right. It's when spirit delivers a sentence or a message that is so specific, so perfectly shared for the human sitting in front of me, that the energy in the room changes. And I can feel myself get goosebumps. So today I want to share three of these moments, three messages from spirit that were so precise, so unexpected, and so needed for the client with me. Both the client and I sat there completely still after hearing them, to the point it made me want to write them down and make sure that I share them with you because they felt so powerful. Sometimes messages I share from spirit, I feel are also messages for me. And today I want to share those with you. Because here's what I have learned after 10 years of doing this work. Spirit does not just show up to say hello. Spirit shows up with something to say. And most people are missing it because they are either not sure what to listen for, they are surprised at who is there, or they have a set expectation for the reading that when they don't immediately get that validation, they lose focus. Today that changes. I love this message from Spirit. This message was so profound yet so simple. And I knew when I heard it, not only would the client not forget it, but I wouldn't either. She had the space to rest, to finally live for herself. But Spirit spoke loudly when she told her daughter that she wasn't doing that. One of her children was a musician, and she had become a devoted follower to that child's career, traveling to shows, supporting every performance, pouring the same energy into her adult child's dream that she had poured into raising that child in the first place. And her mother in spirit saw it all. So in the middle of her reading, Spirit paused everything and said, Supporting your children is wonderful, but it's time to put yourself first. It's time to sit in the front row of your own concert. The client's eyes filled with tears immediately, not because the message was harsh, but because the message was true. That client knew exactly what her mother in spirit was talking about. Now, here's why I'm sharing this. That sentence, sit in the front row of your own concert, is something so unique to this client. It's so perfectly tailored to the exact situation of this woman sitting in front of me. That is how spirit communicates with the language that you understand. It's spirit communicating in the language of exactly your life. And what a mother in spirit was really saying was you've spent your whole life in someone else's front row. You've cheered for everyone around you, but now it's your turn. Turn on your own music, dance to your own beat. That is the permission slip delivered directly from spirit. It's time to sit in the front row of your own concert. The second message came through from a sibling in spirit, and this one hits a little differently. The spirit had struggled in the human world, coming from a place of feeling constantly judged, never quite feeling free to be fully who they are, always watching over their shoulder, always careful not to offend anyone, always shrinking to fit into spaces that were never really built for this person. So now that they were in spirit, they had a new perspective on life. What I often call a life review when we arrive in the spirit world. Let me say that again because I really want you to hear this one and I want you to sit with this one. No one tells you how to be in spirit. And what this sibling in spirit was communicating is that the judgment, the pressure, the suffocating weight of other people's opinions, that's all a human experience. Something the human population invented. The spirit world does not operate that way. In spirit, there is no one standing at the door telling a person how to show up or how to look or how to live. And for this client sitting right in front of me, that message was not just about the sibling in spirit. This was a message for the person sitting right there next to me. Because this client had spent years doing the same thing, shrinking, watching, being careful not to offend, feeling out of place. And as the sibling in spirit was saying from the other side, you do not have to do that anymore. No one gets to tell you how to be. That is spirit speaking directly into the wound of this client. Not with a generic basic, I love you, I'm proud of you, comforting message, but with a message that could only have come from someone who knew exactly what they were feeling. This is how spirit works. Spirit sits with us side by side, watching our lives unfold. And in the moments that we need guidance or support or even just a little nudge to know things are okay, they come in with that message. Now the third message came from a friend in spirit. And this one was quite short, but sometimes spirit doesn't need many words. Well, I often joke that one thing spirit isn't is quiet. Sometimes a simple statement, a simple word, or a short sentence is exactly what needs to be shared. And in this instance, that's exactly what it was. The message was do what you love, not what others tell you to do. The client receiving this message had spent years making decisions based on what other people around them expected. A career path chosen for them, the relationship they stayed in far too long because leaving felt like letting other people down. The dream that quietly folded up and was put away because someone important said it wasn't practical. And that friend in spirit, who had known this person, who had watched all of this, came through with that single sentence. Do what you love, not what others tell you to do. Here's what I want you to understand about spirit communication. A message is never random. Spirit does not reach through with a sentence unless that sentence is exactly the thing you need to hear in that moment. Spirit isn't browsing through some inspirational quotes or Googling what I can say to them. Rather, they're pulling through a message that they know you need. It's not generic. Rather, it's unique to you. Spirit is speaking directly into this unique situation of this specific human that was sitting right in front of me that day. And across all three of these messages, there's one thread, one thing Spirit keeps saying in different ways to different people in different situations. And that is you have the permission to be yourself. You have the permission to live your life. You have permission to stop waiting for someone else to tell you it's okay. Because spirit is sending you the permission slip. However, most people are missing it because we don't know what to listen for. So, how do you start hearing these messages outside of a reading with a medium? Here's what I want to share with you about hearing, or as I often like to refer to it, experiencing, because not all of us hear, not all of us see, some of us feel. Here's what I want to share with you about how you can experience messages from spirit. Spirit not only communicates through mediums, but spirit communicates directly with people that are here on earth all of the time. And most of the time, we don't always know how to recognize it for what it is. Things like suddenly remembering an inside joke out of nowhere while sitting in traffic, a smell that has no source, a perfume or a cologne belonging to a loved one, a light flickering at a meaningful moment. These are coincidences. These are experiences in which spirit is trying to communicate to you. These are spirits speaking in the language that you will understand because a loved one in spirit it knows exactly what will get your attention. And here's the part most of us skip. When a sign comes through, we don't acknowledge it. So next time when a sign comes through, acknowledge it. Talk back. Say hello, say thank you. Say it out loud, say it in your head. I see that, I hear that, I feel that. Thank you, thank you, thank you. That simple act of acknowledgement opens the conversation. Spirit's not going to force their way into your life, but when you acknowledge these signs, it tells spirit that you are open, that you are paying attention, that you are willing to receive. And so, in turn, spirit keeps showing up. The relationship between you and your loved ones in spirit is exactly that. It's a relationship. And like every relationship, it requires both of you showing up. Spirit knows you are there. And now it's time to let you know spirit's there. If there's one thing I'd love for you to take from this conversation, it's that spirit's not sending you vague messages. Spirit is sending you specific messages that speak directly into your life right now. The permission to put yourself first, the freedom to be exactly who you are, the reminder to stop living by everyone else's rules and start living by your own.
